Straight answers from the ebajee help desk

Six questions cover nearly everything we get asked: how your account opens, how a bKash or Nagad transfer lands in your wallet, and what happens when you switch devices. Every answer here was written by the team that handles those screens day to day.

Three routes behind the answers

Three routes sit behind this page, and all of them start with a detail you already have. Locked out? Your registered mobile number. Transfer stuck? The transaction ID from your bKash or Nagad message. Screen misbehaving across devices? Your phone model and browser. Give us those and the reply is a single instruction, not a form. We would rather fix it in one exchange than send you round four screens.

Account help Locked out or stuck on the one-time code? Send us the number you registered with and the screen you're seeing. We reply with the exact step to take, without resetting anything you didn't ask us to touch.
Wallet checks If a bKash or Nagad transfer left your wallet but never reached the account, send the transaction ID. We trace it against our collection number and tell you where it halted.
Device issues Page fighting you on a small screen, or a login that won't hold between browser and app? Tell us the phone model and browser. Most cases come down to a saved session we can clear.

What this FAQ page covers for you

This page collects the questions our support desk answers most often, arranged in the order you tend to hit them. Start with account access if you're new — your mobile number, the one-time code, and the first screen you land on. The middle questions deal with money: how a bKash, Nagad or Rocket transfer gets matched to your account wallet, and what

we verify before a withdrawal is released. The end covers device behaviour, because almost everyone opens ebajee on a phone and later returns on a laptop or a second handset. Nothing here repeats what the lobby pages already say. Where a question needs more room, we point you to the exact screen — the help panel inside Slot Speedster, or the cash-out

button on Crash Countdown — instead of writing three paragraphs around it. We keep the wording short on purpose: a page that needs two scrolls isn't much use when you're standing in a queue. If your question isn't listed, the support section further down shows the route we actually monitor, and the last rail explains who writes these answers and how we

check them against the live product.

HOW WE WRITE

How these answers get checked

These answers come from the team that runs the account screens, not from a copy desk. Before a question goes live we walk the same path you do: open a wallet page, send a small bKash transfer, watch where it lands, then write down what actually happened. When a screen changes, the matching answer gets rewritten in the same pass. If we don't know something — a provider's RTP, for instance — we say it's shown inside the game instead of inventing a number.

Written by the operators

Every answer is drafted by the people who set up the wallet and login screens. If a step changes on our side, we rewrite the matching answer before the next build goes out.

Tested with real transfers

We send a small bKash or Nagad amount ourselves and follow it into the account wallet. The wording you read matches what we saw on that run, not what a manual claims.

No invented figures

We leave out payout times, percentages and player totals we can't verify. Where a provider publishes RTP, we tell you it's inside the game's help screen and leave the number to them.

Same answer on any screen

Phone, tablet or laptop — the FAQ text stays identical. Only the layout shifts, so nothing you read on a handset contradicts what you find on a bigger screen later that night.

The questions you send us most

These six come up again and again in our inbox, so we've written them out once and kept the replies tight. Each answer names the screen or the step involved, because a vague reply just costs you another message. If yours isn't here, the support routes above are the ones we read daily.

Create your account first, then add a wallet. bKash, Nagad and Rocket all sit in the deposit row, with a bank transfer available where your bank supports it. What you can use depends on local law and eligible regions.

A transfer can stall when the amount or reference doesn't match. Send the transaction ID from your bKash or Nagad message and we'll trace it against our number and tell you where it halted.

Your account is the same on every device, but the session isn't. Signing in on a laptop asks for a fresh one-time code. That's deliberate: a phone left unlocked shouldn't hand over your wallet.

RTP is shown only where the game or provider exposes it, inside the game's own help screen. Open the title, tap the menu, and you'll see the figures the studio publishes for that release.

We check the name on your account against the wallet you're paying out to. Send a clear photo of your ID and the wallet number, and the mismatch gets cleared. Nothing moves until both sides match.

Cricket sits in the sportsbook as a category: international fixtures and BPL matches. From Dhaka you open it with the same account wallet. Access depends on local law and eligible regions.
